Bonfire is a chef owned restaurant featuring locally sourced and all from scratch food. Even our sauces are made in house. We focus a lot on local ingredients. We raise Belted Galloways for beef, and use many or our own herbs, veggies and fruits from our farm in Monroe. We also source other ingredients locally, be it ground beef from Tucker Family Farms, or all our greens we get from Sweet Briar College just down the road. We source our lamb from Sunrise Farms just over in Stuarts Draft! We get our apples from Morris Orchard to make our bourbon apple butter. Local is important and aren't we all so fortunate to have such amazing options here in Amherst!!
We also have a great Bourbon bar, with flights so you can try them all! Or maybe you'd like to come try something new on our cocktail menu!
